About Lucy

I am a person-centred therapist, supervisor, group facilitator and trainer with extensive experience of working with adults in the voluntary, public and private sectors.

My private practice is based in central Norwich and it is from here that I offer short and long term therapy for adults. I also offer individual supervision for counsellors, health care professionals and professionals working within the education sector. As well as offering therapy and supervision I work with individuals interested in learning more about themselves through personal development sessions.

From a young age I became interested in the areas of self help, personal growth and development and it was during an experience of being in therapy in my late 30s that I decided to re train and become a counsellor. I have never looked back and have been privileged to work with many incredible clients and colleagues through my work as a practitioner and trainer. I genuinely don’t look back but just by way of information before all of this, my first career was in management, the early years spent in the commercial sector and finishing that chapter in my life with a senior management role in the charity sector. This does mean I bring significant experience and understanding of the work place and organisations in to my work as a therapist, supervisor and trainer, which sometimes can be of use.
